We've really been getting into play dates lately. Amber and Jesse Vercler lives less than 10 minutes from us so we get together almost weekly for the boys to spend some time together. Sometimes we go to the playground at the mall if the weather is bad and then go to see the puppies, other times we just meet at the library for story time with the kids.
Every once in awhile the moms from church will get together and do something. Our most recent adventure was to the Shedd Aquarium (which happened to be my first time actually driving into the city).
Since Mark and Laura moved, we don't get to see Zoie as often but Emmett loves when we get together and often asks for his friend (she even shows up during the day in his play :). The kids love getting together and I love being able to hang out with other ladies.
